Five blends, all built on the same single-origin Chuncho cacao we sell unblended. The cacao is ground at origin in Peru and the additions go in afterwards, so the base does not change from one blend to the next.
The five
Rose Vanilla is the softest of them, floral and rounded, and the one people reach for in the evening. Golden Milk carries turmeric and warming spice. Mayan Spice takes the chilli route, with heat that arrives after the chocolate rather than before it. Mushroom Vitality folds a mushroom blend into the cacao. Maple Sweetened is the one to hand someone who finds pure ceremonial cacao too bitter on a first cup.
Trying more than one
The single-serve packets carry several flavours in one box, and the bundles group them at a lower price per bag than buying separately.
Prefer nothing added, see pure ground cacao.

Ground Cacao & Cacao Paste (Full-Fat) Ceremonial cacao has traditionally been prepared as cacao paste—whole beans ground with their natural cacao butter intact. At Pacha Mana, we honor this tradition by never defatting our cacao, preserving the full character, richness, and quality that ceremonial cacao is meant to offer.
